Well, work has finally started on the removal of five of six trunks of a huge, overgrown Monterey Cypres in our back yard. The removal is mostly driven by our two neighbors on our left who have apparently been trying to get their view back for more than a decade, but I'd be kidding if I said that I didn't want to be able to see more of the valley too.
